It’s funny to think back five years ago — the first time I came to the Fuji Rock Festival — when the only easily accessible beer on the grounds was Heineken. That certainly hits the spot, but sometime you want something different Well, just in time for the 2016 edition of Fuji Rock, the variety of brews has increased exponentially. An early highlight can be found at the Gan-Ban bar in the main food court area next to the Red Marquee. For ¥700, you can get a refreshing glass of Penguins Beer. Alas, you can’t get your hands on a bottle (and that cute label), but it tastes mighty nice.
