Get your fix for all things miso at a food stall in the Oasis area. Nested between Thai and Turkish Kebab, this stall serves up a variety of fresh dishes, all incorporating soybean paste as a key ingredient.

I sampled the Keema Curry which had a sweet miso-based roux and was topped with grilled eggplant and pumpkin. The freshness of the vegetables and sweetness of the curry really hit the spot after trudging across the ground with soggy feet.
