While scouting the Oasis area for a morning bite, the colorful “Yattai” style Thai stand caught my eye.

With a variety of options including “Khaomangai” chicken rice and “Gapao Rice” stir-fried mince meat, I opted for the Thai-style yakisoba, more commonly known to many as “Pad Thai”.

The noodles were soft and flavorful and three large prawns kicked the delicious-levels up a notch.

For best results, I recommend adding optional “pakuchi” coriander as a toppping (pictured).
