There is a nice crisp on the patty and the bun, which has a nice rough and rustic quality to it. Not too pillowy. The mayo and cheese are in just the right proportions to keep the whole thing nice and juicy without being sloppy. And of course a little arugula so you can few healthy about the whole affair.

Just right if you need a midday tummy top off, add fried and bacon if you are in need of a full meal! And don’t forget the beers! Match made in heaven!
