Are you feeling a little hungry?
The proprietor of Fuji Rock’s best loved fish and chips stall is Jane. She has been at the festival since its inception and offers delicious ales and stouts from the UK as well as pies in the World Court. But of course, what many know her for is the fish and chips which are never soggy but always crisp and tart. An ale and a plate of fish and chips will cost you about 1,300 Yen, and is a great way to get through the afternoon or late evening.
Jane used to operate a few restaurants in Tokyo, but now spends much of her days dedicated to charity work. She has a particular interest in minority groups in trouble around the world, making regular visits to the Myanmar/Thai border.
