Fuji Rock allows festival-goers the chance to let their hair down for a weekend and forget the stresses of day-to-day life. Some people camp out with a few crates of beer in a deck chair at the back of the Green Stage for the entire weekend, others don’t even make it outside of the Orange Court. And then there is a hardy bunch who dress up in costumes inspired by Alice in Wonderland and hang out by the river all day. Really. Pictured here are Paul “the gullible unicorn”, a 27-year-old from Brisbane (left), Jessica “butterfly caterpillar”, a 23-year-old from NYC, and “Alice” Isaac, a 26-year-old who is also from Brisbane. We’re not sure if these characters are going to remain in costume for the entire three days, but they’ve certainly started out with the best intentions…
