There are a lot of curry-and-rice dishes at Fuji Rock Festival. Some are super spicy, some concentrate more on the meat, others still emphasizing vegetables. It’s a prevalent – and popular – item every year, and usually delicious in whatever form you choose. Well, here’s the best curry and rice I’ve had thus far at Fuji 2013. There is a solitary kebab stand near the Gypsy Avalon, that also makes an assortment of other meat-heavy snacks (and a fruit parfait that looked nice). This is the coconut-chicken curry, which isn’t spicy but has a very good taste (the coconut – not overpowering, but present just enough) and made for a great lunch.
