Lotus cafe does indeed have some decent organic coffee, and if you looked closely at the cup (hot coffee only!) you’ll see they don’t just stop at making sure your body’s getting good stuff, they want to get into your soul as well:

“There is a blessing in this gentle breeze. That blows from the green fields…”
