ARTIFACT OF INSTANT
Artifact of Instant opened the Rookie stage for FRF ’14 on a good, but not overly dramatic note. This energetic foursome from Miyazaki in the southern Japanese isle of Kyushu is only 2 years young and a little bit rough around the edges, but for now their youthful enthusiasm makes up for the slack. Right now they’re at a stage where they’re not quite bland but need to work on finding out what their own sound is. With some dedication, hard work and luck they could reach some serious mainstream success. Their upcoming album in October will be a good guide to see where they’re headed.
