Festival goers have been arriving steadily since last night from all over Japan and around the world. With many people coming by bullet train and bus to the festival grounds, the parking lots of family cars have been filling up quickly as well. But why turn up in your daily commuter when you can arrive in something that shows off a bit of your own style?

Walking past the parking areas last night, I spotted more than a few unusual or interesting vehicles that brought people to Fuji Rock. Among them, a custom bright orange slammed 1960 Chevrolet Impala with a chopped roof and purple flame paint job. Now this is the way to been seen rolling into Fuji Rock! Parked nearby, a green Volkswagen van is ideal for bringing the family, with enough space and utility to store all the camping gear and tents you need. Or leave the tent at home and bring your own RV to stay warm and dry! No matter how you get here, get here soon, as today’s acts start to take the stage within the hour!
