Even at a biggie-sized music festival like Fuji Rock, we all need a break from bands. Thankfully, the Naeba grounds house plenty of non-sonic diversions, including these twin balance wires set up near the Orange Cafe. Visitors lined up to give the deceptive-looking balance challenge a go, from middle-school kids getting one step before falling down to middle-aged punters fairing slightly better (but not much). And you don’t even need to actually attempt the wire to get enjoyment — simply watching others do it (and, probably, fail) is a show all its own.
