Basement Jaxx To The Maxx
The neo-primitive chord helmet is modeled on the one seen in Basement Jaxx’s video for the song “Back 2 the Wild” (2013). It is completely homemade. The Indian headdress dates from earlier, the era of the album Scars (2009). Back then Indian headdresses more or less became a standard prop for indie electronica music videos. Need an exotic element? Indian headdress. Add a little facepaint, and you are pretty much ready for Basement Jaxx. T-minus 83 minutes and counting!
