Summer veg and tomato curry
Fuji Rock is always a bit shit for vegetarian food. You give up choice and go with what will keep you alive. And at the end of 3 days you feast on anything with nutrition.
But this year there’s a little oasis in the Field of Heaven. The only “vegetarian” sign in the whole festival. A tomato and seasonal veg curry on basil rice. Sold out early, so I guess you have to get there fast.
