Fancy Feast: Foie Gras Don

I’ll first admit that, for various reasons, I have not actually eaten this food item because it appears a bit imitating. I mean…foie gras, at a festival? Put it on top of a bowl rice, sure, but it still seems like something that should be eaten at a fancy restaurant, not while squatting in a corner while a band plays. Yet the Naeba Prince Hotel — who in the past have sold steak and curry — believe all Fuji Rockers deserve a taste of the good life over the weekend, and are selling the Foie Gras Don.
