Whatever the motivation, this living statue has been walking around the Fuji Rock Festival grounds Sunday, stopping to stand still and attract glances from passers. Those truly daring punters could walk up to the statue-man and drop some yen into a bucket positioned in front of him. The reward? Well, he rings a bell…and you can take a photo with him. Though, after one child did this, the statue’s sudden movement surprised her enough where she ran off in the other direction shouting for her mom.
