Foodie Rock Festival 2015: Asagiri Milk
Fuji Rock has only just begun, but one booth near the Gypsy Avalon isn’t afraid to start getting punters pumped up for another festival later in the year. A small area is devoted to Asagiri Jam, the annual October event in Asagiri that’s sorta like a smaller Fuji Rock. As part of the branding push, the stall sells a variety of Asagiri-related products…including Asagiri Milk.
For a mere 200 yen, one can get a small cup of tasty milk, which is a great way to start the day when beer looks a little too daunting before noon (note: I might be alone in this, based on early observations). And if you need to spice it up a bit, you can get a few flavored drinks, such as strawberry milk or caramel milk. Or get really daring a grab some yogurt. Though, for those who prefer the plainer things in life, the regular milk is plenty good.
