Camping starts now!
It's darn near close to glamping
The campground opened earlier this afternoon and a few early birds staked out primo locations. The word on everyone’s mind is the weather. So far so good, but it’s a little cool so you might need your hoody or pullover tonight. If you’re really feeling nervous about wet weather there’s a camping store at the Shinkansen station which offers a fine selection of outdoor gear ranging from boots, ponchos, and camping stools.
Whatever the case, many are gearing up for the kickoff party tonight which promises to be a great line-up of acts beginning at 8PM, just after the fireworks. We’ll announce the full band and DJ lineup in just a few hours.
