Fuji Rock is not known for it’s fashion sense, in fact, it functions as more a catwalk for The North Face, Merrell and Captain Stag than anything else. So when we spied this tiny guy stomping around the Oasis area in his flashing shoes and dinosaur outfit, we decided he had already won the fashion parade before the party had even started. Also note that Mum and Dad were keeping it prehistoric with matching dinosaur t-shirts.
Keeping in tune with fashionista prima-donna antics, our tiny dino was at first unwilling to pose for the camera, preferring to bury his head in his buggy until his parents coaxed him out for some family snaps. In fact, the Takeuchi family are making Fuji Rock quite a regular place to bring out their inner dinosaur – they appeared in last year’s People section too!
