Very Very, VIP

If you are looking for a very, very VIP experience at Fuji Rock you can’t do better than the Miniscule of Sound. Famous patrons of the establishment have included Boris Johnson (London Mayor), architect Sol Kirchner, and some members of both Sex Pistols and NiN.

Fatboy Slim even wanted to play here one night but couldn’t send a demo in time. If there’s a big line in front it may be due to a musician doing a guest Dj slot like last evening when members of Bermondsey Joyriders were on the decks. And like last year The Ken Michael Brothers (a pseudonym) will likely close the Fest at this exclusive space.

Good luck waiting in line, and if you aren’t an A-lister instantly recognized by the doormen, an alternative approach would be cutting to the front with a hot babe on each arm and a stack of yen in the palm of your hand. Inside is a wholly different experience.
