Mud, Bugs and Music
The Fuji Rock E-Team is safely ensconced in our HQ for the weekend. On arrival, things are looking a little grim weather-wise, with early birds setting up camp in persistent drizzle as we arrived. You’ll know this already, but you’ll definitely be wanting to bring your rain boots, ponchos and anything else to keep you dry and toasty. Given the amount of bug spray loaded up in HQ, you’ll be wanting more of that too – I’ve already seen a fair few creepy crawlies sizing up my skin for a good chew. In hindsight, perhaps that full-body mosquito net might have been a wise purchase…
Weather wise, while it’s likely going to be raining overnight and possibly into tomorrow, it’s looking as though things will be clearing up over the weekend so you can enjoy the promise of sunshine and a little less mud.
Meanwhile, we can hear the bands warming up in the Red Marquee and over at the White Stage so we’re getting psyched for the upcoming Pre-Fest Party which kicks off at 6pm.
