The Zoumeshiya food stall in the Oasis area, on the side backing the Red Marquee stage, offers a variety of savory and delicious dishes that all incorporate Japanese miso bean paste.

I chose to sample the Miso-Keema curry, a minced beef Indian style curry with the flavor amped up by a sweet Japanese miso, served over rice with slices of grilled eggplant and fresh lettuce.

Though not a huge portion, the flavor was exceptionally delicious and filling. Try the Miso-Keema curry or any other one of the tantalizing miso-based dishes in their varied arsenal.
